本プライバシーポリシーは、ブンブンデジタルテクノロジー（以下「当社」）が提供する iOS アプリケーション「mycollage」（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本ポリシーをお読みください。

要点： 本アプリの写真編集・コラージュ作成の機能は、すべてお使いの端末内で完結します。当社が、あなたの写真・作成したコラージュ・素材を収集したり、外部サーバーへ送信することはありません。ただし、本アプリは広告（Google AdMob）を表示するため、広告配信事業者（Google）が広告目的で一部の情報を取得する場合があります。詳細は下記「3. 広告について」をご覧ください。

1. 当社が収集しない情報

当社は、本アプリを通じて以下の情報を収集・保存・外部送信しません。

  • 写真ライブラリから読み込んだ画像、作成したコラージュ、保存した素材（ステッカー）
  • プロジェクトの名前・内容などの作品データ
  • 氏名、メールアドレス、アカウント情報などの個人を直接特定する情報

これらのデータは、お使いの端末内（アプリのストレージ領域）にのみ保存されます。本アプリをアンインストールすると、これらのデータも端末から削除されます。

2. 写真へのアクセス

本アプリは、画像を読み込む際に iOS 標準の写真選択画面を使用します。この画面であなたが選択した画像のみが本アプリに渡されます。本アプリが写真ライブラリ全体へアクセスすることはありません。選択された画像は端末内でのみ処理され、当社サーバーへ送信されることはありません。

3. 広告について（第三者による情報の取得）

本アプリは、無料でご利用いただくために、Google が提供する広告配信サービス Google AdMob を利用しています。広告の配信・測定・不正防止のため、Google およびそのパートナーは、本アプリの利用に関連して次のような情報を取得・利用することがあります。

  • 広告識別子（IDFA）およびそれに類する識別子、IP アドレス
  • デバイスの種類・OS バージョンなどの端末情報
  • 広告の表示・操作（タップ等）に関する情報、アプリの利用状況
  • IP アドレスに基づくおおよその地域
  • 診断・クラッシュに関する情報

4. トラッキングの許可と同意（ATT / 同意管理）

本アプリは、関連性の高い広告（パーソナライズ広告）の表示のために、iOS の「トラッキングの許可を求める（App Tracking Transparency）」ダイアログを表示します。

  • トラッキングを 許可しない 場合でも本アプリはご利用いただけます。その場合、広告は表示されますが、あなたの行動に基づかない（パーソナライズされていない）広告となります。
  • 許可の設定は、端末の 設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング からいつでも変更できます。
  • 欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国など、適用される地域では、広告に関する同意を取得するための画面（同意管理メッセージ）を表示します。

5. データの保存と削除

本アプリが作成・保存するデータ（プロジェクト、素材など）は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。これらを削除するには、アプリ内で該当のプロジェクト・素材を削除するか、本アプリ自体をアンインストールしてください。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは、13 歳未満のお子様を主たる対象とするものではありません。当社が、お子様から個人を特定できる情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

7. セキュリティ

本アプリは、作品データを端末内に保存し、外部への送信を行わない設計としています。ネットワーク通信は、広告の配信など第三者サービスに必要な範囲で行われ、通常の暗号化された通信（HTTPS）が用いられます。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

当社は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で改定後の内容を掲示します。最新の内容は本ページにてご確認ください。

This Privacy Policy describes how Bunbun Digital Technology ("we", "us") handles your information in the iOS application "mycollage" (the "App"). Please read this policy before using the App.

In short: All photo editing and collage features run entirely on your device. We do not collect your photos, collages, or saved materials, and we do not send them to any server. However, the App shows ads via Google AdMob, and the ad provider (Google) may obtain certain information for advertising purposes — see "3. Advertising" below.

1. Information we do not collect

Through the App, we do not collect, store on our servers, or transmit:

  • Images imported from your photo library, collages you create, or materials (stickers) you save
  • Project names, contents, or other work data
  • Personally identifying information such as your name, email address, or account credentials

This data is stored only within your device (in the App's storage). Uninstalling the App removes this data from your device.

2. Photo access

The App uses the standard iOS photo picker to import images. Only the images you select in that picker are passed to the App. The App does not access your entire photo library. Selected images are processed only on your device and are not sent to our servers.

3. Advertising (information obtained by third parties)

To keep the App free, we use Google AdMob , an advertising service provided by Google. To serve, measure, and protect ads, Google and its partners may obtain and use information related to your use of the App, such as:

  • Advertising identifiers (IDFA) and similar identifiers, and IP address
  • Device information such as device type and OS version
  • Information about ad impressions and interactions (e.g., taps), and app usage
  • Approximate location based on IP address
  • Diagnostic and crash information

Such information is handled in accordance with Google's privacy policy. For details, see:

4. Tracking permission and consent (ATT / consent management)

To show more relevant (personalized) ads, the App presents the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt.

  • You can use the App even if you do not allow tracking. In that case ads are still shown, but they are non-personalized (not based on your activity).
  • You can change this setting at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking .
  • In regions where it applies, such as the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, the App presents a consent message to obtain your choices regarding advertising.

5. Data storage and deletion

Data created and saved by the App (projects, materials, etc.) is stored only on your device. To delete it, remove the relevant project or material within the App, or uninstall the App.

6. Children's privacy

The App is not primarily directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

7. Security

The App is designed to store work data on your device without transmitting it externally. Network communication occurs only as needed for third-party services such as ad delivery, using standard encrypted connections (HTTPS).

8. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy to reflect changes in law or in the service. If there are material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page. Please check this page for the latest version.
